- Participants in tournaments and championships must be members in good standing.

- Participants are responsible for understanding and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

- Tournament and Championship Rules
- All tournaments and championships are governed by specific rules, which will be made available to participants prior to the event.
- Participants are expected to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the tournament director.
- LPC reserves the right to modify or amend the rules at any time, with notice provided to participants.
- Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- Any form of cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and/or suspension of membership.
- LPC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on the LPC website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of LPC and is protected by copyright law.
- Participants may not use LPC’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
- LPC is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants in connection with their participation in LPC events.
- Participants acknowledge that poker involves an element of risk and that they are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.
- Privacy Policy
- LPC collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the LPC website.
- By becoming a member of LPC, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Modification of Terms
- LPC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to members.
