    • Participants in tournaments and championships must be members in good standing.

  3. Tournament and Championship Rules
    • All tournaments and championships are governed by specific rules, which will be made available to participants prior to the event.
    • Participants are expected to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the tournament director.
    • LPC reserves the right to modify or amend the rules at any time, with notice provided to participants.
  4. Code of Conduct
    • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
    • Any form of cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and/or suspension of membership.
    • LPC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the LPC website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of LPC and is protected by copyright law.
    • Participants may not use LPC’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • LPC is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred by participants in connection with their participation in LPC events.
    • Participants acknowledge that poker involves an element of risk and that they are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions.
  7. Privacy Policy
    • LPC collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the LPC website.
    • By becoming a member of LPC, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
